Pastor Reginald Johnson is the son of Pastor TC. & Mother Essie Johnson. Reginald has
two siblings, Keane and Tremayne Johnson. He was raised in Shady Grove, Alabama. Reginald
graduated from JO. Johnson High School in 1993. Reginald also graduated from Alabama
A&M University where he received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Social Work in May 1999
and a Masters of Social Work Degree in May 2000. Reginald is employed as a Human Resources
Specialist and Security Specialist at Redstone Arsenal. Pastor Johnson has a passion for helping
and empowering people to achieve their greatest potential despite their socioeconomic
background.
Reginald has recognized that he was set apart and unique since his childhood. Reginald
was being groomed and prepared for leadership as a young man as he served as Youth Leader,
Sunday School teacher, Bible Study teacher, Choir President, etc. Pastor Johnson witnessed
firsthand the powerful works of God and the hand of God upon his life. Reginald began to sense
a strong calling from God that could not be avoided. Pastor Johnson publicly accepted and
announced his calling to preach the Gospel on March 16, 2003 at St. Luke MB. Church.
Reginald was Licensed to preach on August 31, 2003 and Ordained on November 21, 2004 at St.
Luke MB. Church.
Reginald recognized God's desire to use him in greater roles in the ministry and
therefore he operated in the scripture "For we walk by faith, not by sight. " Pastor Johnson
relocated from St. Luke in April 2006 on a journey to follow the divine destination and purpose
God has for his life. The Lord led him to Little Shiloh P.B. Church in Madison, Alabama under
the previous leadership of the late Pastor Emeritus Henry Lacy. Reginald was Ordained as an
Elder at Little Shiloh P.B. Church on March JO, 2007. Reginald was elected Pastor of Little
Shiloh P.B. Church in Madison, Alabama on February 7, 2009. Shiloh P.B. Church has
experienced tremendous numerical and spiritual growth under Pastor Johnson's leadership. The
church recently expanded by building a new sanctuary that accommodates the ministries that
will come forth. Pastor Johnson has a mission to preach and teach God's word in a manner that
will Challenge, Convict, Convince, but ultimately Convert God's people. Pastor Johnson has one
son, Reginald John Wesley "JW" Johnson.
